WRAL-TV (CBS) in cooperation with the North Carolina
Partnership for Children, launched Smart Start Kids, a television show for children and their families. The 30-minute show features North Carolina children from ages three to five-years old. In Smart Start Kids, young children are the stars! In each program, the children tell THEIR news, explore THEIR world, and report THEIR experiences. The accomplished and delightful storyteller, WILLA BRIGHAM, host the show. She who encourages the children not only to listen to stories but also to add to the story lines.
